Implementation Consultant – Rio de Janeiro

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their team. Qualified candidates will lead projects technicaly and functionaly.

This role will serve our customers across the LATAM region. Is a full-time position involving a mix of working remotely and limited onsite travel to customer when this service is required. The successful candidate should reside in Brazil.

Principal Responsibilities

• In this role you will frequently interact with customers.
• Participates in the complete project implementation cycle
• Execute workshops demonstrative of EcoSys and workshop of definitions gathering.
• Works directly with clients to create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned).
• Designs solutions by analyzing requirements. Must have ability to estimate the effort required to build the deliverables.
• Applies analytical and technical thinking focused on delivering a solution to customer’s workflow implementation issues, identifying alternatives and providing recommendations.
• Works with technical configuration & integration teams, provides technical/functional support to the team as well as develops configurations and customizing within our software EcoSys.
• Leads preparation of testing scripts and materials; supports and performs unit and integrated testing.
• Works with team to develop EcoSys specific training. Execute or coordinate training for client users.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, relevant technical disciplines is required
• Experience in sectors as Mining, Oil and Gas, Construction, Engineering industries, IT Consulting. Minimum of 10 years
• Experience using and implementing package of software as ERP, scheduling and cost control software.
• Experience with Execution and Project Control.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies. Have to certifications is a plus
• Knowledge of software implementation approaches, waterfall and agile.
• Experience with software tools as: P6, Microsoft Project, Aconex, SAP / Oracle ERP, Oracle Unifier, Power BI or similar.
• Basic proficiency with database systems (Oracle, SQL Server), SQL Statements
• Basic Programming know-how as: Visual Basic, .Net, Java.
• Basic Integration know-how as API’s / ETL .
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to lead in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to managing client expectations
• Self-learning ability
• Required languages: Advanced Portuguese and intermediate/basic Spanish. Desirable: English is a plus.
