IT Manager LATAM – Multi-Property Technology

We are looking for a highly experienced IT Manager for LATAM with a strong background in the hospitality industry and a comprehensive understanding of multi-property operations and end-to-end technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of hotel systems (such as Cloudbeds), F&B platforms (like INVU or other POS), biometric access systems, accounting tools, and tech solutions across all operational areas.

This role will lead the regional technology strategy, ensure operational efficiency, and provide ongoing support across multiple properties throughout Latin America, ensuring scalability, compliance, and cybersecurity across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the IT infrastructure across multiple hotel properties in South and Central America.

Implement, maintain, and optimize hotel management systems (PMS such as Cloudbeds, channel managers, booking engines, etc.).

Oversee F&B POS systems such as INVU, ensuring full integration with PMS and accounting systems.

Deploy and manage biometric access and security systems for guests and staff.

Ensure proper setup and functionality of accounting, financial, and administrative software.

Act as the main point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

Design and execute contingency plans, cybersecurity policies, and business continuity protocols.

Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures aligned with company goals.

Train and support local teams to ensure proper use and adoption of technology.

Conduct tech audits and recommend continuous improvements to enhance automation, efficiency, and guest experience.

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and F&B departments to align systems with business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles within hospitality or F&B.

Proven track record managing multi-property technology operations.

Advanced knowledge of hotel systems (PMS like Cloudbeds), F&B POS (INVU, Micros, Toast, etc.), accounting, and biometric security solutions.

Strong technical background in networks, cybersecurity, hardware, cloud systems, and access control.

Project management, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).

Willingness to travel periodically to properties across the region.

Proactive, analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
