FX & CFDs I Marketing Manager I Brazilian Market – Rio de Janeiro

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager, ideally in the CFD industry to provide support to grow their business volume for LATAM region. Ideal candidate should have marketing experience in Brazil, with an all-rounding marketing skills and strong in Digital Marketing skills.

What will you do:

• Develop and execute marketing operations strategies that align with company’s overall marketing goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams with Global team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the marketing planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Identify opportunities for improving marketing processes and workflows and implement best practices for marketing operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operation teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Who are we looking for:

• A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English & Spanish to converse with stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
