Responsibilities As a Network Operations Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of network operations. Your day to day activities will involve utilizing your expertise in Network Management Patterns Techniques to monitor and maintain network performance. You will be required to have intermediate proficiency in Network Management Patterns Techniques. Additionally, having intermediate proficiency in Network Operations Service Management, Network Performance Management NPM , Service Quality Management, and Enterprise Network Operations will be advantageous. Monitor network performance and identify potential issues. Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure optimal network performance. Maintain accurate records of network performance and maintenance activities. Provide technical support to end users and resolve network related issues.
