About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee the F&B operations across our Perú locations. As a key member of our team, you will take full ownership of the Food & Beverage business, ensuring exceptional service, profitable performance, and seamless management across multiple venues. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners, develop innovative business strategies, and drive our commercial success through data-driven decisions and exceptional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead the F&B team to achieve operational excellence and business growth. You will manage the P&L for all F&B venues and be accountable to achieve performance targets, while ensuring the highest standards of product and service quality across the board.
  • Business Growth: Identify and establish new partnerships, as well as support the recruitment and mentoring of F&B staff. Develop and implement processes and business plans to drive profitability and improve performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Regularly audit and monitor venues to ensure alignment with Selina’s global standards and maintain consistently high levels of service.
  • Innovation & Development: Collaborate with global F&B teams to design and launch new offerings and roll out concepts that resonate with both local and international markets.
  • Tech & Analytics: Drive the integration of technology (POS, inventory management, etc.) to enhance F&B business performance across locations.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to managers, staff, and partners, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including 2+ years in multi-location management with operational and P&L ownership.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in service, sales, and marketing, with a deep understanding of F&B operations.
  • Languages: Bilingual – fluent in English and the native language of the country of location.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse teams and build strong relationships.
