Intervention Technical Sales Coordinator – Rio de Janeiro

Responsible for implementing technical sales of this product/service line with customers in the region, executing sales strategies that achieve regional objectives and targets, always looking for business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders, requests for quotations, etc.

Collaboration in the preparation and development of the budget for the line’s portfolio of products and services, as well as monitoring sales and service targets and KPIs.

Supporting Customer Service in relation to existing contracts, collaborating on billing control, tracker, proforma invoice and payment processes.

Collaboration in the preparation of Tech Days, Lunch & Learns, sales and marketing strategies and in mapping customers, their needs, trends, challenges and also the market, including mapping the competition.

Preparing and feeding the company’s corporate systems (IFS, CRM, Power BI, etc.), such as Business Cases, Product Requisition Sheets, Client Visit Report, Business Opportunity Spreadsheet, Weekly Sales Meetings, among others.

Ensuring that the commercial relationship with clients is developed in compliance with all the rules of ethics, integrity and compliance of both.

Job Qualifications

Technical Training in Oil Operation, Engineering or equivalent qualification

Experience working in sales of products and services related to well intervention

Knowledge of downhole tools, intervention & P&A jobs

Basic skills in Slickline / Wireline operations

Fluent English
