Key Responsibilities

• Execute procedures in accordance with logistics policies and procedures;
• Process expensive report forms related to Personnel Logistics costs Ensuring the registration and updating of SISPAT of the crew, suppliers and authorities.
• Ensuring that service providers related to logistics in line with Yinson´s requirements. Interface with the Yinson´s crew, suppliers and in relation to offshore units.
• Visa arrangements and extensions, immigration procedures International flight and hotel bookings.
• Customs clearance of hand carried equipment Medivac and chartering airplanes Ensuring compliance with the client’s rules and guidelines regarding embark/ disembark and SISPAT Control and check the invoices for offshore personnel logistics, application and visa.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business Admin, HR, Tourism or similar Intermediate level in English.
• Excel or Power BI 3 years of experience as a personnel logistic analyst, preferably in FPSO´s.
• Experience working with SISPAT and SAP Systems Previous experience working with Drake system.
